Daily Bread: 06 iul. 2012

Gandul zilei:
El i-a zis: “Bine, rob bun si credincios, ai fost credincios in putine lucruri, te voi pune peste multe lucruri intra in bucuria Stapinului tau.” (Matei 25:21).

Meditatia zilei:
El i-a zis: “Bine, rob bun si credincios, ai fost credincios in putine lucruri, te voi pune peste multe lucruri intra in bucuria Stapinului tau.” (Matei 25:21).

Cred ca cu totii vrem sa auzim aceste cuvinte de la Domnul Isus in ziua rasplatii “Bine, rob bun si credincios”. Pentru asta ne jertfim timpul si viata ca sa facem lucruri bune si sa punem in negot “talantii” dati de Dumnezeu ca sa-I folosim. A pune in negot talantii inseamna sa uiti de tine si in acelas timp sa fii preocupat sa slujesti altora. Asa vrea sa ne vada Dumnezeu slujind cu credinciosie si daruind fara de a astepta sa primim rasplata pe acest pamint.
Cind Iov nu s-a mai uitat la el insusi si a inceput sa se roage pen¬tru altii, Domnul i-a dat inapoi indoit decit tot ce avusese. Cind poti renunta la lucrurile materiale pentru a face voia lui Dumnezeu, Dumnezeu iti va da mai mult. Avraam a parasit siguranta caminului sau pentru a implini planul lui Dumnezeu si a ajuns sa fie unul din cei mai bogati oameni din lume.
Haideti deci sa ne imbarbatam in aceasta zi si sa urmam exemplul lui Avraam, de a ramine credinciosi in putine lucruri, avind nadejdea ca totul are valoare si rasplata ne asteapta acolo sus!
